For those of you who don't know (that included me), a neophyte is a polite, formal word meaning "someone who has recently become involved in an activity and is still learning about it." I think it would be beneficial for newbies to have a group to discuss TW life, and any questions, with other newbies, and helpful expert TWers. The group is public, so feel free to join!
